Healthy Breakfasts

As summer quickly approaches my desire to achieve the dream bikini body grows. Part of my attempts have included daily just dance workouts and along with my mum, we are both trying to become a lot healthier. I find the best motivation for a healthy diet is to start every day with a tasty, healthy breakfast as this puts me in the right mindset for the rest of the day.

My favourite breakfast is granola, fruit and Greek yoghurt, the best thing about this dish is that you can change it every day so you don't get bored eating the same thing. It is also super easy and quick to make, it only takes about 5 mins. Here are my favourite recipes!

Strawberries and Cream Granola

For this dish, I used the Graze strawberries and cream granola pack from the Breakfast Variety Box (there is more info below on how you can claim your free box!), this pack contains oat & barley granola, strawberry & raspberry pieces, yoghurt coated strawberry pieces, crispy multigrain flakes and malt coated oats. I layered Greek yoghurt and granola in a glass and topped it with a swirl of honey to make it a bit sweeter. You could also add sliced strawberries and whole raspberries to make it sweeter, however I didn't have any in the house so honey makes for a healthy alternative.

Apple and Blueberry Granola

Blueberry is one of my favourite fruits, when I saw the Scandinävian Førest Fruits selection in my Graze Box I was really excited to try it. This selection is full of oat and barley granola, apple pieces, apple barley, puffed brown rice, blueberries, crispy millet flakes and lingonberries. I had this this morning for breakfast with my mum, I started with fresh, whole blueberries in the bottom of the glass and then poured Greek yoghurt on top, I then added half of the pack of Granola to my glass and the other half to my mums, to finish I added 3 blueberries on the top. I didn't think this needed honey as the blueberries were very sweet, however if you think it needs to be sweeter you could add a swirl of honey on top.

Graze; Claim Your Free Box!

Free Graze Box

I was so excited when I came downstairs this morning to find that my graze boxes had arrived, I remember my mum had tried one a few years ago and decided that I would try two for myself. If you haven't heard of Graze, they are a company who send various boxes of delicious snacks straight to your door (or office if you prefer!) and they are offering a free box (worth £3.99) to new customers, if you want to take up this offer just click right here or on the banner above!

Graze offer many different types of box including a 'GoodyBox' specially for kids and an 'EatwellBox' full of their healthiest treats. I decided to go for the 'ChocolateBox' which is full of chocolatey treats and the 'BreakfastBox'.
I really love the breakfast box as it contains 4 different flavours of granola, in mine I received the Strawberries & Cream, Scandinavian Forest Fruits, The Peaches Provençal and Pomegrante & Blackcurrant flavours.
I also really love the chocolate box, in particular the honeycomb flapjack, which I'm actually eating right now! Graze offers many different kinds of snacks from popping corn to chai latte or spicy corn taco mixes, to view the full range you can check out their website here.
Graze is definitely my favourite snacking option as instead of reaching straight for the unhealthy chocolate bars when I am craving something sweet, I can have a delicious honeycomb flapjack and feel much better about what I am eating.
I highly recommend you take up this amazing offer and try a free box today. You will need to give your card details however you can cancel your subscription as soon as you receive your free box and you will not be charge a penny. To claim your free box (you can choose any box!) just click here or on the banner at the top or to the right of this post!

Get The Look: Boohoo #ĆELFIE Shirt

I was recently contacted by who asked me if I wanted to create a feature post on some of their most popular items right now, the ĆELFIE shirt and an American Jersey. As a huge Boohoo fan, I of course was truly honoured and said yes without even thinking about it. I really loved both pieces so I have decided to create two seperate posts.
You may have seen this #ĆELFIE shirt floating around the blogosphere and many celebrities have been wearing it too. I absolutley love this French inspired slogan shirt which can be paired with practically anything to make it super casual and laid back or chic and dressy.
This shirt is just £10 at Boohoo which makes it an affordable way to dres like the celebs. And once my exams are over (and therefore my spending ban will be over) I am definitely going to be buying this shirt.
As I mentioned before, many celebrities have been sporting this look including Made in Chelsea's Lucy Watson, who opted for the casual look, pairing the shirt with more boohoo items including these tartan leggings £8,a pair of black platform boots £15.50 and to finish the look, she tied an acid wash denim jacket £30 around her waist.
What do you think of this shirt, what would you pair it with?
